To start of the blog on a negative note, I hate not having emojis on my blog (insert crying emoji here) - use your imaginations people.
Moving swiftly along, as my math teacher used to say, I truly hope that you have an amazing Christmas day (or whichever holiday you celebrate, we don't discriminate this side). The Christmas season is an extremely special time for me, being born in a large family and always having celebrated the holiday with my loved ones and I just felt that if I don't share this with you all then I'd be doing an injustice to the holiday at large if I didn't share some holiday cheer with my Trixies (I already created a fan name even though I doubt I have many of those *awkward laugh).
So in the spirit of the immaculate conception, I am going to do as intended and rest. For the next few days I'm going to try to not think about the Gemini, even though I know I'm going to fail (it's the effort that counts) and I will not be taking my laptop on vacation (more lies). I will rest my brain and allow my creative juices to rejuvenate themselves.
As my ultimate Christmas gift to you, I am releasing the first few chapters of 'Losing Mrs. Stone'. It's a standalone novella, romance and quite tame for what my mind could actually conjure up. 'Losing Mrs. Stone' is supposed to come out a couple of months after The Gemini which will be coming out in March 2024 (insert celebratory picture here)
*Side note the link and release date for preorders will be announced very very soon, so hold on to your breeches and pray it all goes well).
I know many of you are waiting in anticipation for the Gemini to come out and you probably think of me as some kind of a sadistic torturer, but in order for y'all to truly appreciate the Gemini, there has to be a build up of anticipation and excitement and possibly some agony (that's debatable). But all good things come to those who wait patiently xoxoxoxo
Okay so without further ado, please enjoy this little bit of another life, another world and a not so tragic love story: Losing Mrs. Stone...
Lastly, the Write Trix team (which consists of me, myself and I - not counting the work I outsource) would like to wish you all a wonderful festive season. May the last six days of your year either be filled with cramming last years new years resolutions or incredible fun. Let's all celebrate life like there's no tomorrow (poor pun not intended). So cheers to a Write-tastic Holiday.

Lots of Love
L <3

Extremely excited, can’t wait
